After graduating from the University of Melbourne in Marketing in 2012, I began my consulting career at IBM under its management trainee program. During my 4 years at IBM, I was involved in different roles and ended up in the Digital team where I was first introduced to User Experience Design and the concept of Design Thinking.
What I like about Strategic Design is the perfect combination between art and science. I get to be creative - but then rationally analyse & drive data to will inform my design decision.
Joining SPARCK is a big step in my career - moving from one of the world’s largest corporates to startup. My favourite part is that I get to learn and do many different things that have meaningful impact to the team as well as to the client.
As a Consultant, my passion is helping my clients to design the customer experience that their customers will love - or another way to put it: to get to the heart of the relationship with their customers.
